Q. Is all art original?

A: All pieces are original, hand crafted and one-of-one piece of art from STUDIOKLERIAN 

Q: Can pieces be hung horizontal or vertical?

A: Most pieces have one single saw tooth to be hung. Nonetheless, some pieces do come with two to give you the option to determine which orientation you prefer.  

Q: How are pieces framed?

A: Framed pieces are framed with distressed wood (painted white or black). They have a farmhouse hand-made feeling.

Q: Do I have to ask for a Certificate of Authenticity?

A: A certificate of authenticity is included with each piece.

Q: Are pieces signed?

A: All pieces are stamped and signed at the back. 

Q: What material are the pieces made of?

A: Some pieces are made on canvases and some other pieces are made on vintage wood doors (selected primarily for their aesthetic quality and usually created within the last 20-40 years), which were originally used as kitchen cabinets. I am always looking for surface materials I think will make great art. Each surface, depending on its size and unique qualities, inspires me to create a work of art that integrates well with the character of the piece. In some cases, the surface is so confident that the art follows that lead. 

All frames retain typical marks due to their age and previous use, which adds character to the piece and accentuates the passage of time while embracing the newly created art piece.  Together, the past embraces the present in one cohesive expression.
